Airline rules apply

The airline sets the change and refund rules based on the fare you buy. An agent shows you the fare rules before you confirm. See also our guide to changes and cancellations.

24-hour rule

For tickets bought at least seven days before departure on flights to or from the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation rules may allow a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible.

Other cancellations

Refundable fares are refunded according to the airline's rules. Non-refundable fares may receive a travel credit or nothing.

Service fees

Any TravelFarez service fee is disclosed before purchase, together with whether it is refundable.

If an airline changes or cancels

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law. We will help you request it.
